Doing good at keeping it on/under 1200 calories. Glad I broke the habit of eating out and not knowing how much I eat. I hope to exercise today but I’m so exhausted that I don’t know if it will happen.
Either way, I’m on track so far:
Apple for breakfast. Getting hungry so I’m going to make a spicy black bean burger by morningstar, with a bun, (120+110) and cheese (25). That should keep me satisfied for awhile until dinner, when I’ll have a cafe steamer (250) :) I’ll only be at 651 after all that estimated, so I have room to snack a little later as well. I just have to keep this up.
