127.6 this morning. I don’t know why it did that, but I guess I’m glad.
Okay, so by the end of today I should end up at 1,200-1,300 calories with 100 exercised off. I’m so confused though. I have this new found love for yams, as a snack. Just baked like a potato, with nothing on them, just plain.. but I can’t figure out how many calories they are and that’s driving me crazy. I see anything between 100-400, which seems impossible to me. I’ve been counting them as 200 but I’m just not sure. Does anyone have any idea?
