I seriously want to live off duck flavored ramen.


Hah, I was scared to try it but its actually really good! I found this at an oriental food store downtown where I live. All of you probably know that ramen is extremely filling. I know, tons of sodium, which is bad, yes, but I found these that are low in calories because they’re only one serving, and they have less fat, plus they come with spices as well as seasoning. So good. I have to get more.
My daily total sucked though, because I had some extra stuff I shouldn’t have.
Extra stuff that wasn’t horrible, but still, extra stuff I didn’t need. On top of my breakfast, I had the ramen, sliced apple, a small, fruit salad thing that had various melon and grapes, some smart pop microwave popcorn while I watched glee, and a peach smoothie earlier when I was dehydrated. It added up because of the microwave popcorn, ugh. I ended at 1,148 calories, and I didn’t exercise. I know it’s good, under 1,200, but my daily sedentary burn or whatever is only like 1,400, I think, so losing 300 calories isn’t really doing anything.
